How do you use A.Vogel Cinuforce Nasal Spray?Adults: unless otherwise advised, spray 1 to 2 times per nostril 3-5 times daily. Children aged 2-6 years: 1 spray per nostril 2-3 times daily. Children aged 6-12 years: 1 spray per nostril 3-5 times daily.• First blow or clean the nose.• Remove the blue protective cap from the dosing spray. Hold the bottle at the bottom with your thumb and hold the white top part between your index and middle fingers.• If you are using the spray for the first time, try it out by spraying into the air several times in succession.• The dosing spray is now ready for further use.• Insert the nozzle into the nostril. Spray once and simultaneously inhale through the nose.
