The Alecto Carbon Monoxide Detector warns you of a dangerous concentration of carbon monoxide.
With the Alecto Carbon Monoxide Detector, you are immediately warned upon carbon monoxide (CO) detection. The detector has a lifespan of up to 10 years. The detector features a textured plaster wall structure, allowing it to blend in unobtrusively and beautifully into almost any interior.Important features of the Alecto Carbon Monoxide Detector:• Quick and clear insight via the messages on the display• The 10-year sensor ensures that you are assured of a safe detector for a long time.• The CO detector comes with 3 AA batteries included so you can get started immediately.• The carbon monoxide detector alarms at excessively high concentrations of carbon monoxide, but also warns at low concentrations.• The carbon monoxide detector clearly indicates what is happening via the display, sound, and lights. For example, when the batteries are running low or the sensor's lifespan comes to an end after 10 years.• Supplied complete with base plate, screws, and plugs for quick and easy installation.Housing with wall textureThe housing of the carbon monoxide detector, also known as a CO detector, is remarkably inconspicuous. The detector features a textured, plastered wall structure, allowing it to blend seamlessly into almost any wall. The CO detector is compact (75 x 106 x 35 mm) and is suitable for hanging as well as standing.Warning also at lower carbon monoxide concentrationsCarbon monoxide detectors display the carbon monoxide concentration in ppm. Ppm stands for parts per million, or the number of particles per 1 million particles. By law, CO detectors are required to sound an alarm at a detected carbon monoxide concentration of 50 ppm or higher for 60 minutes. Even when you sleep, an alarm of >85dB will not go unnoticed. However, even the prolonged presence of a lower concentration of CO is harmful to health. The Alecto carbon monoxide detector issues a warning when a concentration of 30 ppm is detected for 60 minutes.Additional insight via the displayThe carbon monoxide detector's display offers additional insight. For instance, the carbon monoxide concentration is displayed, normally 000 ppm. Furthermore, the display provides insight into the battery status and shows notifications for excessively high CO concentrations, test mode, and any error messages.Highest qualityLike all Alecto carbon monoxide detectors, these are of the highest quality and comply with the European Standard (EN50291-1:2018). The Alecto carbon monoxide detector features a test button that allows you to easily test periodically whether the carbon monoxide detector is still functioning properly. So, no more worries about carbon monoxide with this handy CO detector! What's in the box?• Carbon monoxide detector• 3 AA batteries• Base plate• Mounting material (2 screws and plugs)• Manual NL / EN / DE / FR
