Hold the stick close to your nose or in your nostril and inhale deeply through your nose. After use, clean the tip and replace the cap. Inhalation drops: Twist the top part of the inhaler off the dropper. Steam bath: Drop a small amount into a bowl of hot, but not boiling, water. Place a towel over your head and over the bowl. Keep your eyes closed and breathe the released vapors in as deeply as possible through your nose for 5 to 10 minutes. In a handkerchief: Drop a small amount onto a handkerchief. Hold this in front of your nose or mouth and breathe in the released oil. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Consult a doctor if using during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
