Dettol Chloroxylenol 48 mg/ml must be diluted before use; always read the package leaflet first.How do you use Dettol Chloroxylenol 48 mg/ml Disinfectant?Dettol chloroxylenol 48 mg/ml must be diluted as follows before use.• For disinfection of cuts, bites, abrasions, insect bites and hands: dilute 5 ml of Dettol chloroxylenol 48 mg/ml with water to 100 ml (5% solution)• For gynecological use for the disinfection of the external skin: dilute 3 ml of Dettol chloroxylenol 48 mg/ml with water to 100 ml (3% solution)Carefully apply the diluted Dettol chloroxylenol 48 mg/ml, for example by applying a gauze pad soaked in the diluted solution to the area to be disinfected.Do not use in case of hypersensitivity for phenolic antiseptics.
