Hold the file by the Scholl logo. Discard the file after use. Apply the liquid solution to the entire surface of your nail once a day using the brush. Wipe away any liquid residue on the skin around the nail. Wait five minutes before putting on shoes, socks, or tights, or before going to sleep. For optimal results, do not wet your feet for up to 30 minutes after use. Apply the liquid solution once a day for 7 days. Repeat the above procedure during weeks 2, 3, and 4. At the end of the fourth week, use the final disposable file to smooth the surface of your nail. Remove any remaining streaks on the nail surface. Apply the liquid solution and proceed to phase 2. Note: If you forget to apply the liquid solution once, simply continue using the product as directed until the end of phase 1.
