Then place the cap over the big toe. The Epithelium-flex must be placed behind the bunion. If you maintain the orthosis as prescribed, you can wear it daily for months. Do not attempt to correct the big toe on the first day. Over the course of ten days, gradually return the big toe to the correct position by pulling the orthosis backwards.
