When weighing yourself for the first time, or after moving the scale, you must initialize the scale. This allows the scale to determine its zero point, ensuring your weighing results are more accurate. To initialize, briefly press the center of the top of the scale with your foot. This will display '0.0' on the screen. The scale will then automatically switch off. Afterward, the scale is ready for weighing, and you can step on it to calculate your weight and complete the body analysis. How is the body analysis performed? The body analysis is achieved by a small current that travels from one foot, through your body, to the other. Do not perform the body analysis if you are pregnant or have a pacemaker or other medical implants. Please note that due to the use of medication, the indication of body fat and water percentage may be inaccurate or cannot be measured. If the measurements fall outside the scale's measurement range, one of the following messages will appear: ERRL, ERRH, or ERR2. To perform the body analysis, it is important to set up and select the profile prior to weighing.Calculating your BMI The scale has a maximum load capacity. All scales that calculate BMI (Body Mass Index) have a maximum measurement range of a BMI up to 32. If your BMI value is above this, the scale cannot measure it or perform a body analysis. When the measured value exceeds the measurement range, this is indicated by the message ERRL.
