Trachitol Lozenges contain lidocaine hydrochloride, a local analgesic. This makes the mucous membrane of your throat less sensitive to pain. Propyl-4-hydroxybenzoate is a bacterial growth inhibitor. DosageFor adults and children from 6 years of age. Allow the lozenge to dissolve slowly in your mouth, with a maximum of 1 lozenge every 2 hours.
