The Trekpleister 30% DEET Anti-Insect Roll-On protects you for an average of 6 hours against bites from house mosquitoes, malaria mosquitoes, and yellow fever mosquitoes, and 3 hours against tick bites. The protection time against some aggressive tropical tick species may be shorter. Travelers abroad are advised to take into account the guidelines of the National Coordination Centre for Traveler Advice (LCR) when using this product.How do you use the Trekpleister 30% DEET Anti-Insect Roll-On? Apply the product sparingly and carefully to exposed body parts. Distribute the product evenly over your skin. Wear long pants and a long-sleeved shirt. Do not apply the product to areas where frequent bending of the skin is normal due to joint flexion; for example, do not apply it to the backs of your knees or elbows. Do not apply under clothing. To protect your face from bites, first apply the product to the palm of your hand and then spread it over your face. Do not roll directly onto your face. When using the roll-on in combination with sunscreen, apply the sunscreen first and wait 30 minutes before applying the roll-on.
