How to use Trekpleister SPF30 Sunmilk?Apply the sun protection generously before sun exposure. Applying enough enhances protection. Reapply the sun milk regularly, especially when perspiring, after swimming, and after drying off.Warning: Avoid the intense midday sun and prolonged exposure to the sun.
